Employee Experience Officer

The Employee Experience Officer will play a crucial role in crafting programs to ensure the happiness and engagement of the company's employees. He/she will conceptualize, implement, and oversee a variety of employee engagement programs to boost employee satisfaction to minimize attrition rate. His/her primary responsibility will be to create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee satisfaction and well-being.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of a 4-year college course in Communication, Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
• Preferably with at least 2 years related experience.
