Employee Experience Officer

Job Description:

The Employee Experience Officer will play a crucial role in crafting programs to ensure the happiness and engagement of all Belo Medical Group employees. He/she will conceptualize, implement, and oversee a variety of employee engagement programs to boost employee satisfaction to minimize attrition rate. His/her primary responsibility will be to create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee satisfaction and well-being.

Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of a 4-year college course in Communication, Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
• Preferably with at least 3 years related experience.

Note:
Salary Range (Php): 25,000 to 28,000

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Work Schedule: 5 days a week
Clinic Hours: 8AM-5PM/7AM-4PM
2 Days Off (Weekends)
