This role will oversee employee engagement and communications initiatives by the company with the objective of fostering a positive employee experience. This person will handle the end-to-end management and execution of various culture-building initiatives, internal employee events, engagement projects, and communication programs or campaigns aimed at promoting employee mindfulness, employee welfare and well-being, as well as the company's brand.
What will YOU do? Oversee the conceptualization, preparation, implementation, and evaluation of engagement projects and internal events, including company-wide celebrations, family events, work/life and wellness programs, etc.

Manage the review and analysis of data, and the preparation and presentation of reports to measure the effectiveness of HR communication and engagement programs and initiatives, and overall experience among employees Effective and regular communication of employee engagement initiatives and results to internal stakeholders including feedback gathered from employee experience surveys Collaborate with internal stakeholders in creating solutions to improve employee experience and promote harmonious and productive working relationships across the organization Provide support in the execution of employee engagement activities and programs spearhead by the Executive Committee as well as various internal committees Provide and implement HR communications strategies that reinforce the company's employer brand and values, as well as convey the message that the company is a great place to work at Plan and execute HR communications support programs to other HR sub-units to be able to ensure consistent messaging to the organization Lead in the gathering of employee feedback on the effectiveness of various HR programs to contribute in the improvement of the employee experience Ensure the deployment of adequate communications-related support on different HR matters and issues such as, but not limited to organizational changes, policy dissemination, feedback gathering and insight building, and new/updated HR programs and initiatives to be able to ensure consistent messaging to the organization What will YOU need? Between 8 - 10 years of relevant employment experience in end-to-end implementation of employee experience, employee engagement, culture-building, and communication programs, with at least 5 years of people management experience Excellent communication skills - can craft copies for change management communication, HR Advisories, executive messages, and various HR-related cascades

Strong project management and event execution skills - with proven experience in executing company initiated activities and programs

Creative, with strong level of knowledge in multimedia arts (visual communications, graphic designs)

Must have strong level of knowledge in data analysis - ability to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs implemented

Preferably a graduate of Human Resource Management, Communication / Communication Arts, Business, Psychology, or equivalent
