We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team. As an Employee Engagement Specialist , you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our employees. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.

Responsibilities Develop Employee Engagement Strategies: Design, implement, and evaluate employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster a culture of collaboration, recognition, and empowerment.
Employee Feedback and Surveys: Conduct regular surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews to gather feedback and insights from employees. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Communication and Relationship Building: Foster open communication channels between employees and management. Build strong relationships with team members to understand their needs and concerns.
Recognition and Rewards Programs: Develop and manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance and contributions.
Work-Life Balance Initiatives: Implement initiatives to promote work-life balance and employee well-being, such as flexible work arrangements, wellness programs, and social events.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in employee engagement and organizational culture. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our employee engagement strategies.
Events Management: Managing event budgets from start to finish involves thorough planning and allocation of funds for various aspects of the event, such as venue rental, catering, entertainment, marketing, staffing, and equipment rentals. This includes creating a detailed budget spreadsheet outlining estimated costs and tracking expenses throughout the planning process to ensure adherence to the budget. This includes: Sourcing and securing venues, vendors, and suppliers requires researching and identifying suitable options based on the event requirements, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms, and managing pricing to stay within budget constraints. This may involve visiting potential venues, obtaining quotes from vendors, and carefully reviewing contracts to ensure all details are accurately documented. Overseeing event logistics encompasses coordinating transportation for attendees and equipment, arranging catering services, obtaining necessary permits or licenses, and securing audio/visual equipment rentals. It also involves creating a detailed timeline or schedule for the event to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. Designing and managing event marketing materials involves creating invitations, social media posts, website content, and other promotional materials to attract attendees and generate excitement about the event. This may include working with graphic designers, copywriters, and web developers to produce high-quality marketing materials that effectively convey the event's message and branding. Managing event registration and RSVPs involves setting up an online registration system, tracking attendee registrations, and managing RSVPs to accurately plan for the number of attendees expected. This may also involve sending out confirmation emails, collecting payment for tickets or registration fees, and providing support to attendees with any registration-related inquiries. Coordinating with speakers, sponsors, and entertainment involves communicating with keynote speakers or presenters to confirm participation, coordinating sponsorship agreements and deliverables, and arranging for any entertainment or performers scheduled to appear at the event. This includes providing necessary information and support to ensure all parties are prepared and fully briefed on their roles. Ensuring health and safety compliance is critical to the success of any event and involves implementing measures to protect the well-being of attendees, staff, and participants. This includes adhering to local health and safety regulations, providing first aid services if necessary, and implementing contingency plans for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. It may also involve conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate measures to mitigate potential hazards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or related field. Strong understanding of employee motivation, organizational behavior, and change management principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Google Suite applications. Certification in Employee Engagement or related field is a plus. Must be amenable to work onsite in Davao during the night shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr
