About the Role The Employee Engagement & OB Lead is responsible for implementing community building, engagement, and employee wellness campaigns for Penbrothers. This role is critical to achieving our vision for Employee Obsession and will play a key part in creating a positive, welcoming environment for PB employees. This role is also responsible for creating a positive new hire and onboarding experience within the first 6 months of the employee lifecycle which includes developing and facilitating New Hire Orientation, supporting pre-onboarding processes (e.g., submission of onboarding requirements, NHO facilitation, coordination and logistics), coordinate sending of onboarding kits, and analyzing Onboarding eNPS survey data to propose process improvements.
What you'll do Engagement Survey Implement end-to-end process of the regular pulse surveys and the annual employee engagement survey, from planning, pre-survey engagement, and survey implementation Conduct data analysis and formulation of action plans / engagement strategies with key stakeholders Engagement & Community Building Programs Drive all employee engagement programs such as Town Halls, community building, and learning events Handle all internal communications such as posters, newsletters, internal announcements Pre-Onboarding Ensure timely handoff between Talent Acquisition and endorsement to HRBP for new hire communications Work with Transformation and Software Delivery teams to automate and streamline pre-onboarding processes (e.g., collection of statutory documents, HMO registration, bank account registration) New Hire Orientation Develop, enhance, and facilitate New Hire Orientation program in coordination with Talent Acquisition, Finance and other key stakeholders Manage in-house training logistics (venue, materials, speakers, food, etc), training attendance and mandatory training completion related to NHO Onboarding Support hiring managers in the creation of departmental onboarding programs Review new hire survey data and develop plans for improvement of onboarding experience Other Tasks Be a Strategic Partner to functional groups in developing a strategy to retain and attract the required staffing levels to meet business unit requirements. Other Tasks that may be assigned from time to time that is connected and related to the departments OKRs Job requirements What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business Management or related field 3-5 years related experience in Employee Engagement, Training and Development or similar Passion for creating a positive work environment and engaging programs Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting-edge employee experience Excellent communication and analytical skills Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Google Workspace tools Proficient with survey design and analysis Up to date on the latest trends in employee engagement, design thinking and experience design Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
