Employee Engagement Specialist Employee Relations Specialist Senior Employee Relations Specialist Employee and Labor Relations Team Lead | Supervisor HRBP - Employee and Labor Relations We are looking for awesome and talented Employee and Labor Relations Team Lead who wants to join our growing #happy@work team! As an Assistant Employee and Labor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for of all HR employee relations matters across the company from performance reviews, disciplinary action, learning and development, connecting the management with the employees, building an employer brand, improve employee engagement, build strategic talent resources plans.
Job Description: Provide advice and counsel to leaders on sensitive employee situations, such as policy interpretation, conflict resolution, performance management and disciplinary actions, including terminations, and other issues presenting risk to the organization to help enhance overall team effectiveness. Evaluation of the success of the implementation of new HR programs Development and ensuring healthy work relationships and a supportive atmosphere at the workplace Research on labor laws, healthcare regulations, best practices etc. Leading of negotiations between the organization and employees Strategically collaborate with HR Business Partners, leaders, and Centers of Excellence to identify trends within business groups and determine root causes. Utilize strong knowledge of employment law and organization policies and practices to develop recommendations and solutions, while balancing risk and business objectives Proactively maintain current knowledge of employment laws and regulations Conduct climate assessments, develop recommendations, and coach leaders on implementing action plans to address identified issues. Resolve escalated employee relations issues by providing consultation to employees and leaders and conducting thorough investigations of complaints. Manage cases from research, investigation, documentation, and resolution. Contribute to special projects, which may include the development, communication and implementation of policies or new HR programs, trainings, or initiatives that impact employee relations matters. Managing multiple cases at the same time Maintaining confidentiality of cases and communications Conducting exit interviews and following up communications as needed Qualifications: Preferably with a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Relations Management, Humanities, and the likes A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferably on a BPO set up Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral Ability to communicate effectively to a diverse audience Advanced knowledge in Employee/Labor law, legal compliance requirements, HR trends and newly-surfacing litigation/regulatory areas Superior investigative skills, and experience handling complex and sensitive employee relations matters Ability to build confidence and clearly coach leaders/employees through sensitive matters Ability to negotiate and influence effectively across the organization Ability to present information and bargain with employees and managers from different levels Effective time management skills and ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities and adapt to changes in the work environment Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to work and think independently with minimal supervision Demonstrated leadership skills and abilities. Willingness to work on a graveyard/night shift schedule in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City What's in it for you?
