Email Support Specialist

As an Email Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support via email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responding to Customer Inquiries: Addressing questions and concerns from customers through email in a clear and professional manner.
Troubleshooting Issues: Identifying and resolving customer problems related to products or services, offering solutions or escalation as needed.
Documenting Interactions: Accurately logging customer interactions and feedback in the support database to track issues and improve service.
Maintaining Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Collaborating with Teams: Working closely with other departments to ensure complex issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
Promoting Customer Satisfaction: Striving to exceed customer expectations and enhance their experience with our brand.

What are we looking for?
With or Without BPO ExperienceCompleted at least Senior High School or two (2) years of college educationBasic computer navigation skillsGood to Excellent Communication skills & ComprehensionWilling to work onsite
