Email Support Associate (Non-Voice) - Dayshift In Davao

QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1yr experience in email management
Proficiency with different email management software, preferably Zendesk
Committed and willing to be assigned in any Site.
Flexible in shifting schedules.

Responsibilities:
? Attend to customer enquiries through emails (Zendesk) in a timely and accurate manner
? Stay on top of campaigns and promotional releases
? Communicate customer feedback to internal / external stakeholders to champion new processes to better serve our customers
? Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
