Email Marketing Specialist

Drake's Progressive Client - a technology company, is now hiring for an Email Marketing Manager for their growing team in Pasig City.Responsibilities:• Design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including creating emails, automation, segmenting target audiences, and scheduling email delivery.• Develop engaging content for emails, including copywriting and design, while ensuring alignment with brand voice and broader marketing goals.• Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign elements such as subject lines, email content, and CTAs.• Analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate success and areas for improvement.• Maintain and segment email lists to target specific customer groups effectively.• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.Qualifications:• At least 2 years of experience working with email marketing systems such as Vero, SendGrid, and similar software, to create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns.• Proficiency using drag-and-drop and HTML email builders, and design software such as Canva, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop.• Strong copywriting skills to create compelling email content and strong calls to action.• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and ability to analyze performance data to guide strategy and make data-driven decisions.• Understanding of how email marketing integrates with broader digital marketing strategies.• Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.What's in it for you?• PHP 60K/month on-target earnings (including performance pay)• PHP 1.5-2K/month transportation allowance• HMO (w/ 2 free dependents)• Meals provided daily• Great workspace in Ortigas CBDIf interested, you may send your CV at ********
