Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 hours a day; 4 hours a day flexible between 9am to 5pm Pacific (12:00 AM to 8:00 AM PHT), the rest is flexible Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Email Marketer. In this role, you will primarily focus on executing effective email outreach campaigns to help us attract more applicants to our training programs. You will also assist with ad hoc marketing tasks, contributing to our overall marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities Implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns. Develop compelling email copy tailored to specific audiences. Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Ad Hoc Marketing Support: Assist with various marketing-related tasks as they arise. Requirements Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management The ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions and recommendations Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proactive communicator and highly responsive The ability to respond to emails independently without guidance or support.
