Description LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES Position: Email Marketing Specialist Salary Range: ******** USD per month Working Hours & Time Zone: M-F, they're in CST, overlapping 3-5 hours a week, then the rest is flexible About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage our target audience and drive conversions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling email content, manage subscriber lists, and track campaign performance. Responsibilities Develop email marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals Create new emails (from existing templates) in Canva. Segment subscriber lists based on demographic and behavioral data Setup and manage Klaviyo campaigns Set up and manage Klaviyo campaigns. Analyze email performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness Maintain and update subscriber databases Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure consistent brand messaging Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in email marketing Create a/b tests in Klaviyo and record the results. Requirements Klaviyo experience Canva experience InDesign or Figma experience experience is beneficial (a plus) has at least a year of experience (open to higher year of exp too)
