Job Title: Email Marketing Manager Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing initiatives, focusing on both B2B and B2C segments. This role will involve developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions within our global market. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of email marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a B2B environment, and will demonstrate a strong ability to create effective email campaigns tailored to our business needs. As an individual contributor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies targeting both B2B and B2C audiences, with a focus on lead generation and customer retention. Manage the end-to-end email campaign process, including segmentation, content creation, design, deployment, and performance analysis. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to align email marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Leverage knowledge of global markets to tailor email content and strategies for diverse audiences. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize email templates. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of email marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing email marketing for a B2B company. Experience in both B2B and B2C email marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns. Experience managing email marketing for global markets is a plus. Proven ability to create effective B2B email marketing strategies; candidates should be prepared to discuss their strategies in interviews. Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and CRM tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
