Job Description
Executing digital campaigns (email marketing campaigns & automation as primary channels on Active Campaign, may involve Mailchimp)Managing the firm's email marketing and automation system, (Active Campaign) and leading on list and data cleansing management.Creation and implementation of best practices email marketing tactics and utilising automation functionality for lead nurture and lead generation.Optimising and creation of sequences and funnels that help grow and leverage our existing database.Crafting engaging email content using strong copywriting and editorial skills for targeted digital campaigns with our key audiences firmly in mind.Creating, reviewing and monitoring email campaign templates,conducting AB testing
making suggestions for continual digital marketing improvement based on best practice & analytics.
Improving and maintaining a good sender reputation for email campaigns, and leading on data continual cleansing tactics to ensure mailing lists are of a high data integrity.Ensuring consistent branding across all digital campaigns including email marketing content acting as a brand ambassador for the firm.Designing email marketing image assets to a high quality in accordance with the company's brand guidelines.Ascribe to data-driven marketing.Ability to work to and track agreed digital KPI's.Regular reporting and analytics of data to monitor, plan and improve digital marketing activity across all email
marketing channels and campaigns with a view of driving user engagement and lead generation.Provide email marketing benchmarks for open rate, click rate and undeliverable rate, and execute the
continual improvement of these metrics.Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.QualificationsProfessional/Business level of English2+ years digital marketing experienceBSc/BA in marketing or relevant fieldExperience with Active CampaignExperience with CRM and data managementProven track record of delivering and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices including lead generation, leadnurture, user experience optimisation and multi-channel automated and integrated campaigns.Experience of successful email campaigns and creating automated sequences.Skills and experience in creative content writingGood working of Adobe Creative Suite or CanvaAdditional InformationLocation: Homebased
Working schedule: Monday to Friday (Nightshift)
Must have a good internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS
