About the Role



The Email Marketing and Content Coordinator will oversee the email marketing campaign for Canon ANZ, ensuring alignment with brand identities while targeting specific demographics and interests. In this role they will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, leveraging data-driven to optimise performance, meet KLPIs, drive engagement and report to key stakeholders. Collaboration with cross- functional sales and marketing teams and staying aligned to the local brand positioning are pivotal aspects of this role. In addition, the role will also support the SEO and Content team to implement their strategies to drive business outcomes through blog/web updates, link building and competitor analysis.

The role will be assigned the following responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end process of email campaign execution, ensuring timely deployment and alignment with diverse brand and campaign strategies; Utilise advanced data analysis to target email campaigns based on customer demographics and interests; Utilise comprehensive data analysis to define, construct, and manage customer segments; Make insight-led decisions to update, optimise or delete existing blog content; Execute comprehensive link building strategy to enhance the online visibility and authority of Canon's AU, NZ and Sun Studio's website and building strong relationships between pages; Develop and maintain detailed performance reports, delivering clear insights to track campaign success; Set measurable goals for campaigns, track ROI, analyse campaign performance, and present regular reports outlining necessary adjustments to optimise the email marketing strategy. Qualifications Understanding of email marketing (essential) and SEO (desired) Exceptional computer literacy, proficient in HTML5, CSS, and advanced technical aspects of email marketing Ability to craft extraordinary customer experiences that elevate brand engagement and loyalty Understanding of segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver precise messaging to diverse audience segments Advanced analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the capability to meticulously monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance against established KPIs. In-depth knowledge and understanding of relevant KPIs such as open rate, CTR, and engagement rate, coupled with expertise in acquisition and retention strategies
