Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility for each patientReview patients' background and health history to ensure accurate eligibility determinationEnsure adherence to documentation standards and maintain accurate records
Create and maintain accurate client profiles by inputting all relevant information into our systemCollaborate with clinical staff to obtain necessary information for processing patient claims efficientlyEnsure the completeness and accuracy of client information, making updates as requiredAssist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality Experience in 'out of network' and 'in network' benefitsMust have a background in benefits and eligibility verification for claims on behalf of the providerKnowledge of medical billing processesStrong documentation skills and ability to understand medical jargon
Excellent English writing and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong customer service focusDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.
