Elevator Service Maintenance Associate

Handling diagnosis and recovery inquiries and from initial stages to finalization of service contract
- Responsible for the proper documentation and preparation of maintenance proposals and negotiating with clients in closing newly installed units
- Proactively communicating with existing and potential clients regarding maintenance of units
- Handling coordination and communication between the company and the client
- Maintaining proper customer relations as a semi technical support.
- Maintaining relationships with customers and pitching for project modernization
- Coordinating PMS schedule with clients and technicians
- Monitoring of all ongoing requests and ensuring proper release and inventory of materials
- Organizing incoming daily requests for the After Sales Department
- Handling and coordinating inter departmental requests and processes
- Maintaining service report records in a timely and accurate manner
- Reviewing the correctness of forms released by the maintenance department

**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php250,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
