Job Description:
Supervise electronics installations in high-rise building/condo projects

Prepares Bill of quantities and Costing for electronics / electrical works

Conduct site inspections of electronics and electrical works in projects

Prepares electronic and electrical materials requirement / specifications for the project, issues RFI/RFA to the Consultant as needed

Can lead technicians in the Electronics & Communications Installations, Fire Pro and IT interfaces

Knowledge in Testing and Commissioning of electronics & electrical installations/devices is highly preferred

Well versed with Electronics / Electrical System and can make 3 Weeks Look

Ahead Schedule and Weekly Progress ReportDeveloping effective maintenance, testing, and quality control procedures for electronics & electrical installations

Designing, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment

Qualifications:
Must be at least 5 Years of working experience specializing Electronics and Electrical Installations

Must be familiar with local power and Telco requirements

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Must be excellent in both written and oral communication skills in English

Team Player and can work well under pressure
