Position Purpose Statement Preventive/corrective maintenance of generators, various power conditioning equipment, air conditioning units and electrical systems installed in regional transmitter sites;
Coordinate with different electric cooperatives serving our transmitter stations for power line restoration, scheduled brown-outs, maintenance, etc.
Job Requirements Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; With at least 2 years experience in the operation, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and electro-mechanical equipment) Computer literate; With knowledge of electrical circuits, applicable tools and equipment of the trade, industrial safety practices and procedures, high voltage electrical systems, low and high voltage test equipment, UPS and DC systems, electro-hydraulic and electric-mechanical systems, maintenance and alignment practices, electrical theory and work zone safety principles; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Skills in installing, maintaining replacing, troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical equipment.
