We also provide excellent support for data entry, IT security, website hosting, backup and disaster recovery as well as internal projects to support our own growing business.Check the House of I.T group of companies at: - Myofficein.ph Electrician - Manila Job Qualifications: High school diploma/College Level/Vocational Course or equivalent.Proven experience as handymanExperience with hardware tools and electrical equipmentBasic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systemsGood communication abilityWell-organized and apt in problem-solvingAttention to detailJob Responsibilities: Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on doors, furniture, fixtures and appliances in an effective and timely manner.Carry out all kinds of electrical repair, HVAC, carpentry, painting and janitorial dutiesPerform preventive maintenance tasks on a regular basisFix electrical fixtures and handle plumbing/leakage problems effectivelyDetermine tools and equipment needed for individual repair or maintenance jobMaintain and organize building walls, floors and ceilingsPerform IT related works & assist on-site clients including but not limited to: Checking on loose cabling when ever happens (Lan, Power, Video) for computers reported by clientsSetup new computers & peripherals once received from suppliersTroubleshoot locally any CCTV Cameras or Access Points if they need supportTrace / test cabling issues between LAN ports & patch panelsTransfer computers around the office, when clients get relocated or request a different floor plan on the office.Assist with antennas installment & setup for HOIT clients.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manila-basedAble to speak EnglishPolite and organizedFlexible with working away from home
