QUALIFICATIONS
Education: At least High School Graduate with Certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance
Experience: At least 2 years of experience
Training: Certification in the said position is required
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: To be officially employed under DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC), but shall be assigned and deployed to Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) as an agency-hired employee.

WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays (8 AM - 5 PM)
SCOPE OF WORK
1. Connects wires to circuit breakers, transformers, transformers, or other components;
2. Repairs or replaces wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools;
3. Assembles, installs, tests, and maintains electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools;
4. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety system;
5. Plans layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes;
6. Inspects electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and need for adjustment or repair and to ensure compliance with regulations;
7. Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components, using test equipment and hand tools cause of breakdown and corrects the problem;
8. Prepares sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment to ensure conformance to building safety codes;
9. Installs ground leads and connects power cables to the equipment when needed;
10. Works from ladder, scaffolds and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
11. Advises management on whether continued operation of equipment is hazardous;
12. Performs related functions as advised by the supervisor from time to time
