**JOB SUMMARY**:
Manage the section in a manner that is can able to provide efficient, timely, and accurate service; develop a maintenance program that will ensure the equipment under his responsibility will always be in good running condition and machine downtimes are kept to the minimum.
**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Sets up and develops a preventive maintenance program and maintenance road map that will guide the crew.
- Monitors the road map of electrical and electronics activities to ensure attainment according to schedule.
- Develops and monitors the spares management system to ensure the availability of spares for critical equipment.
- Assists the foremen in developing a contingency plan for equipment without spare.
- Formulates plans and programs that will lead to higher production, lower costs, faster methods, better equipment maintenance systems, and better delivery of services to requisitioning parties.
- Negotiates with contractors for construction and fabrication projects and cost-plus labor requirements.
- Makes effective decisions on supplier/vendor proposals by careful comparative analysis of quotes and other relevant information.
- Prepares each section's repair budget base on the maintenance roadmap.
- Promotes consciousness and awareness on safety, health, environmental issues, and good housekeeping to all personnel.
- Ensures that all personnel complies with established standard operating procedures.
- Encourages personnel to share suggestions and identifies improvement initiatives at work for better operational processes.
- Ensures that labor force coverage, materials, and other resources are in place for all aspects of operations.
- Suggests or identifies improvement initiatives at work for better operational processes.
- Coaches, improves the skills, and provides technical assistance and/or instructions to personnel to increase their field competency
- Shows awareness of the rationale of employee discipline and properly executes disciplinary actions.
- Represents the department in all meetings required; presides over meetings to discuss all matters of concern.
- Cascades to understand the crew all management thrusts, mandates, operational developments, directives, goals, and the like.
- Accomplishes on-time-relevant reports such as incident and accident reports, delinquency reports, and other information required by the department and the company.
- Suggests or identifies improvement initiatives at work for better operational processes.
- Understands and practices own role and responsibility in the environment, safety, and health management; maintains a high standard of workmanship, housekeeping, and environment, health and safety awareness.
- Follows all company and government policies, standards, operating procedures, and Safety, Health, and Environment regulations.
- Builds and maintains good communication with all internal and external departments, and customers.
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time such as but not limited to tasks related to the job; projects and other improvement activities within the department or in coordination with other departments; functions of the position/s if undergoing multi-skilling or cross-training; and other committee functions in a case designated.
**EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT**:

- Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering
- Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer

**WORK-RELATED EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial plant or Electrical, Industrial, Electronic or Instrumentation Engineering or maintenance firm as a lead personnel.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift system

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mabalacat, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
