Job Descriptions: Procedural reporting of all projects and developments for both key targeted and commercial accounts plan.Hands on experience in handling all stages of Engineering Design & technical issues related to Solar PV power plants and Solar PV main equipmentDemonstrate knowledge and proficiency in overall Construction, Commissioning, Project Management, Risk Management & Contract ManagementManage the negotiation and awarding of the project to general contractorLead the management of the Solar Project and ensure timely completion within the approved budget. Establish the EH&S program for the construction phase and ensure that the general contractor and all other stakeholders are complying.Lead customer relationship and be the point of contact among all stakeholders., i.e, client, joint venture, consultant, contractors, suppliersLead project licensing and permitting. Ensure project compliance to local and national regulatory requirements.Submit a weekly and monthly report for project updates and as such identify and develop action plans to mitigate the risk that will affect the project completion.Be a source of initiative and project cost savings.Effective verbal and written communicationStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; Registered Electrical Engineer.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on solar energy and Design Engineering
Proven track record of successfully managing solar projects
Strong knowledge of local statutory rules and regulations related to solar energy projects.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
Technical expertise in solar energy systems and technologies.
Familiarity with environmental and safety standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Preferably residing in Nueva Ecija or willing to be deployed.
