Job Responsibilities:
· Manage, design, develop, create and maintain construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
· Prepares civil calculation for foundation and concrete
· Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
· Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
· Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
· Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.
· Preparing and implementing project plans.
· Researching and providing estimates for projects.
· Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
· Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.
· Project management duties (e.g., managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).
Qualifications:
o Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and licensed under PRC.
o With at least 2 years' work-related experience at site construction and project management with civil works, structural and horizontal constructions.
o With experience in civil works and structural, calculation for foundation and concrete
o With good working knowledge in the use of MS Office and MS Project, AUTOCAD, STAAD and other design software for drawings/rendering
o Experience on how to make cost estimate and analysis.
o Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
o Ability to effectively manage time, resolve issues and decision making.
o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
o Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
o With good verbal and written communication skills.
o Preferably residing in Nueva Ecija or willing to be deployed.
