? Responsible for the performance of all electricians and ensuring that they follow the company policy and their job descriptions.
2.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
2.1 Supervises electrical force in maintaining electrical requirements of buildings and yard facilities.
2.2 Responsible for repair of any and all electrical breakdowns. All problems are reported immediately and logged.
2.3 Interprets blueprints and prepares layouts, patterns and sketches as necessary. Ensures proper quantity and quality of work from subordinates.
2.4 Keeps all electrical work operations under close supervision and control. Resolves working problems and takes action to overcome bottlenecks, electrical breakdown, material shortages and other causes of delays and inefficiency.
2.5 Performs overhauls, modification, calibration, inspection, testing and troubleshooting of all pneumatic controls, electronics.
2.6 Assists Supervisor / Superintendent in scheduling and supervising works on electrical project for repair and maintenance such as electrical equipments, electrical building/yard/ship equipments.
2.7 Maintains records of individual's time, man hours expended on the job, accident/injuries, work and progress. Prepares report as required.
2.8 Prepares performance ratings. Initiates disciplinary or commendatory actions.
2.9 Recommends promotions, transfer, etc. Acts on grievances submitted through channel concerning employees' problems.
2.10 Perform other related works as assigned and required.
3.0 EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 3.1 Education: 2 years vocational related course; college levelRegistered Master Electrician 3.2 Experience:
? At least 3-5 years supervisory related experience
