Electrical Engineering (Male)

- Responsible or maintenance and correction of products that have been sold.
- Off-site corrective and preventive maintenance as well as after sales technical sales support solutions.
- To interact with customers to provide information and procedures to address inquiries, concerns and requests for their products and services.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer complaints; evaluates and resolve problems of the customer; assists in installing the equipment; analyzes, inspect and determine solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- Work experience related to electrical engineering, but fresh graduates may apply.
