We seek an Electrical Plant Engineer to lead this transformation, integrating IoT, advanced sensors, real-time data analytics, and sophisticated control systems into our processes. Job Highlights: Technical Skill Development Collaborative and Supportive Work Environment Mentorship by expat consultants and experts Or send your resume at ******** What you'll do Spearhead the implementation of a state-of-the-art automation system, including IoT devices, sensors, and real-time data analytics, to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. Design and deploy advanced SCADA systems for unparalleled control and monitoring of the rolling mill's operations. Develop and implement electrical and control system designs for machinery and equipment. This includes developing electrical schematics, selecting components, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Install and commission automation equipment, including PLCs, HMI programming, and other control systems. Conduct testing and validation to ensure that systems meet performance and quality requirements. This includes developing test plans and protocols, conducting tests, and analyzing results. Manage projects from start to finish. This includes developing project plans, estimating project costs and timelines, and coordinating with other stakeholders. Continuously improve automation systems and processes by identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase quality. Troubleshoot and create/maintain documentation related to automation systems, including analysis reports, specifications, schematics, manuals, and user guides. What are we looking for? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent. Registered Electrical Engineer. At least 3 years of experience in the same capacity is required. Willing to work in a plant/manufacturing environment. What's in it for you?
