QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• A professional license is a plus but not mandatory
• Relevant experience in electrical engineering
• Available for immediate employment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the maintenance and correction of electrical products
• Perform off-site corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as provide after-sales technical support
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests through effective communication and solutions
