Job Description:
-Responsible for Maintenance and correction of Products that have been sold.
-Off-site corrective and Preventive maintenance as well as after-sales technical sales support solutions.
-To interact with customers to provide information and procedures to address inquiries, concerns, and requests for their products and services.
-Respond to customer complaints: evaluates and resolve problems of the costumer; assist in installing the equipment; analyzes, inspect and determine solutions
