- Remote maintenance and technical support services, including preventive care and post-sales assistance.
- Customer communication for addressing product-related concerns and requests.
- Product upkeep and troubleshooting.
- Customer issue resolution: analyze, inspect, and resolve equipment-related issues

Qualifications:

- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
- Work experience related to Electrical Engineering but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
