Electrical Engineer (For Real Estate)

Requirements:• Licensed electrical engineer.• At least 2 years of experience in electrical engineering related to housing construction projects.• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.• Familiarity with electrical design software and tools.• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.Responsibilities:• Design and oversee electrical systems for housing construction projects.• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.• Supervise electrical installation and maintenance activities on construction sites.• Conduct inspections and testing to verify the functionality and safety of electrical systems.• Troubleshoot electrical issues and propose solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of electrical projects.• Prepare project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and non-technical personnel.Benefits:• Day-1 HMO with 2 free dependents• Day-1 Life Insurance• 24 Leave credits• 13th-month pay, Govt. mandated benefits
