Elearning Specialist Taguig

**Responsibilities**
- Create engaging e-learning activities and compelling course content
- State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
- Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
- Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop
- assessment instruments
- Maintain project documentation and course folders interactive videos, virtual reality training and 360 learning experiences, click, and-drag based interactions using Adobe Captivate

**Qualifications**
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- With 1 year BPO experience
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- ** Willing to work onsite in BGC**
