Responsibilities
• Create new content to meet governing platform requirements• Review content within multiple formats, including LMS platforms, digital training kits, safety meetings, safety manuals, and pocket manuals• Review and amend existing content while maintaining the required standard of compliance for EHS regulations• Stay updated with the latest EHS regulations and guidelines• Ensure accuracy and completeness of the content created and edited• Address safety, compliance, and beyond at multiple levels within the stakeholders' company environment• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams• Tailor documentation according to clients' needs• Communicate effectively with clients to address their questions and concerns• Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in technical writing, environmental science, EHS, or a related field• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the EHS field• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat• Familiarity with EHS regulations and guidelines, such as OSHA and EPA• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Proficiency with computers• Adaptability and accountability• Strong typing skills
