If so, lets talk.Your Role and Responsibilities???????The EDM Sr. Practitioner role is responsible for the operational processing of employee data, providing back-office HR services to our clients, and the processing and maintenance of tools used in EDM end-to-end back-office operations.Employee information linkageChecking employee data submission status, posting to standard templates, checking data, creating import files, and handling other inquiries, etc.Confirmation of organization informationConfirmation of registration status of organization information to SFs, progress management, and other inquiries, etc.Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading in Japanese and English languagesRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseAt least 4 years of relevant experienceProficient in English and Japanese languagesAmenable to work on a dayshift and in Quezon City (UP Ayala Technohub)Fluency in Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading in Japanese and English languagesAmenable to work in a 100% Return to Office Set upPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseJLPT Certification is a plusAbout Business UnitIBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
