Editorial Support Agent - Non Voice Account / Must

Provides a timely and comprehensive support service to Authors, Editors and Reviewers of journals
- Assists users regarding the functionalities of the system designed for specific roles (authors, editors and reviewers)
- Assists users with any technical difficulties that they may encounter with the system
- Assists authors/editors/reviewers with problems or questions within 8 hours of receipt of query
- Provides a timely and comprehensive support service to Authors, Editors and Reviewers of journals
- Assists users regarding the functionalities of the system designed for specific roles (authors, editors and reviewers)
- Assists users with any technical difficulties that they may encounter with the system
- Assists authors/editors/reviewers with problems or questions within 8 hours of receipt of query
- Graduate of a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- With strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- With very good organizational and analytical skills
- Willing to work in shifting schedule including graveyard
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Rotational shift
