JOB REQUIREMENT: Open for Non-Bachelors DegreeWith at least 2-3 years Call Center experienceAmenable to work in a shifting scheduleAmenable to attend face to face interview once requestedAmenable to be train on site JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide outstanding customer care and customizing solutions for esteemed clients of commercial banking.To comply with banking regulations while determining and meeting the needs of your consumers, both present and future.To do initial point of contact by phone for clients requiring prompt maintenance and servicing across
many commercial banking product categories
