Ecosystems Counsel Senior Analyst - Mandaluyong City, Metro ManilaResponsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate low complexity agreements (e.g., NDAs, Affiliate Addendums, resale agreements) independently.Analyze and propose solutions for low/medium-complexity contract issues.Identify and escalate issues; maintain contract compliance and resolve issues.Independently communicate with internal clients, business teams, and stakeholders on legal matters.Obtain necessary approvals, ensuring stakeholder engagement and timely information sharing.Requirements:3 to 5 years of legal experience (law firm, in-house counsel, or legal outsourcing).Proficiency in agreement drafting, risk identification, and understanding of Company offerings.Knowledge of commercial agreements, legal/compliance principles, corporate business practices, and contracting regulations.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, with leadership exposure.Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with technology/tools.Effective stakeholder management and ability to meet deadlines.Proactive learner, team player, and builder of trust-based relationships.
