Ecommerce Test Analyst (So2)

Description

This role is primarily to be the first person to review all our Web Development Agencies' work, and to check that the work has been done as per the description of the Support Ticket.
They will be expected to help check and test most new functionality that we get developed for the website on our Testing Website.
Web Browsers
Operating System
Device Type combinations, and reporting any obvious discrepancies between each to our Web Development Agency to fix up.
Once they are happy with the results and they are consistent across the Web Browsers etc., they would pass on the ticket
Sense check the Screenshots and Videos they uploaded to do a quick review to check for anything they might've missed
They would then be responsible for checking again the work is as expected.
