We are looking for a result-driven team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising the order processing team to achieve the organization's objectives and increase sales.Monitor all the store performanceManaging the day-to-day activities of the team & track task progressDeveloping and implementing a timeline to achieve targetsWorkload management and delegates tasks efficientlyConducting training of team members to maximize their potentialEmpowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skillsConducting quarterly performance reviewsListen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflictsHas excellent communication skills. This includes communicating with team members about work, updating project managers & stakeholders about progress, and coordinating with any cross-functional team members on behalf of the project team's needs.Preferably has an idea with the e-commerce industryHas driven problem-solving skillsExpert in time management, task management, and decision-making skillsGracefully work under pressureHonest and transparent personalityHas 1-2 Years of leadership experience
Preferably Graduate of the following course but not limited to:
