Job Description

he eCommerce Coordinator is a hands-on position focused on handling the ecommerce responsibilities of trading the website.
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day ecommerce efforts including uploading and modifying products, implementing promotions & marketing content, conversion rate and performance improvement initiatives.
In addition, this person will collaborate cross-functionally with other departments including the Marketing and Customer Experience Team to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales and profitability through online experience.
You will be accountable for the online trading of one of our ecommerce websites with an emphasis on driving conversion and uploading and maintaining content, imagery, and products.
**Main Objectives of Position**:
**The E-Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for**:
Maintaining a best-practice e-Commerce website that reflects the key attributes of the brand
Manage day-to-day site search/merchandising to best present product, offers, and promotions to maximise site and product conversion.
Oversee all products (content and imagery) on the e-Commerce site
Assist in the development of and help execute the e-Commerce and content strategy to drive sales, engagement, and conversion.
Manage and analyse weekly and monthly reporting on key web performance metrics, providing actionable insight on customer patterns and behaviours to learn, improve, and achieve team and business KPI's and improve marketing tactics.
Manage customer queries as required when escalated from the Customer Care Team.
Coordinate promotions and communication with third-party vendors.
Qualifications And Requirements

Skills Required
Organised with the ability to work quickly to short deadlines
Previous experience in an ecommerce role (4-6+ years)
Strong commercial focus to deliver sales results
Solid understanding of ecommerce metrics and analytics data
Experience within an online fashion retailer will be favourable
Experience with Google Analytics and proven ability to capture and collate data in a presentable and useful way
Ability to draw insights and make recommendations and implement changes to online store to maximise sales, conversion rate, average order value
High level Excel skills
Experience with CMS systems, previous Magento experience will be highly preferred
Any experience with HTML will also be looked upon favourably
