CSR who has GDS Experience for TRAVEL ACCOUNT

 

Responsibilities:
?Answer call inquiries pertaining to travel-related concerns of customers in accordance with standard policies and

procedures
?Analyze customer issues and concerns and provide correct solution/s
?Provide an excellent customer experience

Qualifications:
?
College Undergraduate with at least 6 months of GDS ( Global Distribution System)/ Travel account experience
?
With Good English Communication Skills
?
Amenable to start ASAP and work onsite
