Answering incoming calls from customers
Sorting out customers' inquiries or requests

Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
At least 1st year College Undergraduate
With at least 6 months BPO International Voice Experience
Have Excellent English communication skills
Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Have superb computer skills
