Our Exciting Opportunity
Ericsson's Excellerate Account Manager will undergo a robust learning experience that goes beyond international job rotations and includes face to face and virtual learning led industry experts and faculty. The Excellerate program ensures participants gain real practical insight into our business, our stakeholders including communication service providers (CSP) across the globe, and how we integrate end-to-end solutions to ensure everyone worldwide is connected.
Our Excellerate Global Leadership Program will give you an outstanding opportunity to engage with commercial projects at a strategic and global level, rising up to challenges and becoming and developing as a leader.
As part of the Excellerate program you are able to seize the initiative, operate with a consultative approach and collaborate on cross-technology solutions. The program will ensure you gain real practical insight into our business, our stakeholders and our customers including communication service providers (CSP) across the globe, and how we integrate end-to-end solutions to ensure everyone worldwide is connected. There will be a six-month international rotation, most likely in Sweden, as part of this program.
Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as an Account Manager! The Account Manager will secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers' business, operations and objectives. Will actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to making customers.

- Your responsibility will be to maximize customer relationships and loyalty.
- You are expected to build sales opportunities that will generate profitability sales.
- The role also includes optimization of the account team's performance and to enable a seamless transition to operations
- Lead and handle the end to end Sales Process for your lead opportunities
- Be one of the main drivers for creating Long Term Account Strategy
- You will be responsible for Overall Profit and Loss of the business area you are representing within the account
To be successful in the role you must have
- 3-5 years of experience in relationship sales/account management preferably in both CORE and IT space
- Strong relationship management skill
- Must have experience in RAN CORE and IT
- Experience in cloud
- Someone who follows up through end to end process.
- Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
- You will need to have customer and market insight as well as negotiation skills
