Job description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the VP of Marketing.
Core Responsibilities Responsible for creating awareness and generating leads.Contributed to mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executive(s).Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries on behalf of the VP of Marketing.Provide administrative support as needed.Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and customer/client interactions.Job Qualifications and Skill Sets Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Proven experience in a Sales, Customer Service, or Executive Assistant role.Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.Ability to think on their feet with a target goal in mind.A positive and growth mindset, with the ability to work well in a team.Willing to work onsite/office-based.
