Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will work as part of the team in assisting and advising
customers.
Their transactions are related to client inquiries, product support, inbound sales and billing and
collections support.
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 3 years' experience in Customer Support
- Experience with Zendesk is an advantage
- Keen attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Service-oriented and driven to provide the highest level of customer service
- Strong collaboration skills
- Can work effectively and efficiently while being independent
- Strong work ethic with a focus on team success
- Can work well under pressure
- Flexible about shift schedules

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and assess customer needs and seek resolution.
- Assist customers with basic set up of the purchased product/s
- Handle customer complaints and ensure abrupt resolutions
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Analyze customer concerns and needs to improve customer relationships
- Ensure customers receive excellent and consistent service by providing the same types of
assistance and handling issues in a similar manner

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
