E-Commerce & Stockists Operations Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Process all online mall and website orders
- Online accounts management and set-up
- Customer relationship management
- Study website and online mall analytics to perform appropriate changes and improvements
- Set the landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website and online mall layout to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use
- Inventory management
- Evaluate fast
- and slow-moving products weekly
- Maintain open communication with online platform partners on merch mix and assortment, promo ideas and activities, and special event programs participation
- Ensure the rollout of website and online mall changes
- Inspect and upload customers' product reviews
- Build the online presence of our website and online malls
- Handles product listings in all the marketplaces
- Monitor daily sales of the handled stores and help strategize to reach company targets.
- Plans and leads the execution of e-commerce campaigns on all platforms.
- Develops and leads the execution of product merchandising display, store decorations, and e-commerce-related promotions.
- Leads in initiating collections, bundles, and promotions to generate traffic and increase the discoverability of products.
- Gathers and analyzes sales and promotions data.
- Stockists and bazaar management
- Assist in other departments

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 1-2-years work experience in the same field of work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and Detail-oriented
- Loves the Philippines
- Adobe Photoshop Skills (Basic)
- Fully Vaccinated
- Lives in Pasig City or near Pasig office

**OFFICE**:

- Unit 506.
Omm-Citra Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, 1605 Pasig City (must be onsite)

**WORK HOURS**:

- 9 AM-6 PM, Mondays-Saturdays, Flexi time (9 hours)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
