Details of the offer

• Function as the web-store staff and handle customer inquiries, requests, concerns & complaints, order fulfillment, product updates, website monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Prepare weekly performance reports, give recommendations & action plans on how to improve
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Visual Merchandising departments for the updating of online promos, web banners, ads and online product inventory.
• Perform on-site and off-site website optimization to increase the number of visitors and improve online sales conversion rates.
• Managing Google Tools such as Analytics, Search Console, and Google Merchant.
• Create, implement & optimize SEO strategies such as SEO keywords research and link building efforts through online listings, etc. Create high quality content such as blogs to generate website visitors & help in link-building efforts if possible
• Analyze online customer behavior and use web analytics to help improve overall user experience and website functionality
• Manage Google product listings to optimize website inventory & related Facebook ads
• Analyze Google Analytics reports (Audiences Behavior, Conversion, etc.) to boost online sales, increase conversion rates and drive website traffic or visits

Job Qualification:
• Must be a business course graduate, preferably with a marketing specialization (Digital Marketing is a plus) or an Information Technology graduate with a specialization in E-Commerce.
• Has work experience with online/remote sales companies in a customer service, operations or product growth role. Having work experience in e-commerce is a plus.
• Has experience in creating, tracking and converting Digital Marketing campaigns (keywords, social media and search engine ads, affiliate marketing) especially on the Google Analytics Platform.
• Understands SEO/SEM/PPC. Bonus if experienced in Google Tag Manager and Firebase platforms.
• Up to date knowledge of the current trends in the global and local E-Commerce industry
• Programming experience (especially with PHP and Javascript) is a big plus.
• Has strong verbal and written communications skills
• Has strong Project Management skills and leadership potential
• Has strong analytical skills
• Independent worker, self-starter and takes initiative
• Full-time position available
