At least 2 years experience in handling E-Commerce channels such as Lazada, Zalora, Shopee and ShopifyPreferably with experience in working in a fast-paced E-Commerce enabler.Have experience in Promotions or CampaignsPossesses strong knowledge of the E-CommerceHas great attention to detail, strong analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skillsCan work effectively as an individual and with a teamMust be willing to work onsite in BGCPassion for sports is a plus Job Description: CHANNEL MANAGEMENT: Assist in developing and implementing strategies that will drive profitable growth of the brand in various online channels.Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of various channels which includes product enrollment, updating of key visuals/content.Ensure all product data such as images, descriptions, product detail and prices are correct.Maximize exposure of the brand in online channels during campaigns and business-as-usual days.Strong communication and coordination with partner channels.Monitor sales performance, page and product analytics.Coordinate with marketing team to increase online presence of channels. OPERATIONS: Monitor store ratings and KPIs tracked by channels.Coordinate with warehouse team for order processing, delivery and returns.
