Description Key Responsibilities Website and Ecommerce Management Manage and Optimize Website: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our SMEG's own ecommerce website, ensuring it functions seamlessly and effectively.Product Updates: Regularly update the website with new products, ensuring all product information, images, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.Performance Tracking: Monitor website performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to enhance user experience and drive conversions.Third-Party Ecommerce Platforms Platform Management: Manage our presence on third-party ecommerce channels such as Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and Trunc.Campaign Participation: Participate in various platform-specific campaigns, leveraging opportunities to increase visibility and sales.Marketing Advisement: Provide insights and recommendations for marketing activities on these platforms to maximize reach and engagement.Optimization and Strategy Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.Performance Goals: Set and achieve performance targets for all ecommerce channels and digital marketing campaigns, focusing on sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention.Tech Awareness: Stay updated on the latest ecommerce and digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep our digital presence competitive.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.Experience: Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably within the consumer goods sector.Skills: Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Trunc), website management, SEO, SEM, social media, and digital marketing.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ecommerce software.Analytical Ability: Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and advisement.Personal Attributes Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in managing product details, website content, and digital campaigns.Proactive: Takes initiative in identifying opportunities and solving problems.Collaborative: Works well with cross-functional teams and external partners.Results-Driven: Focused on achieving targets and driving performance improvements.Working LocationG/F Concepcion Industries Bldg., 308 Sen.
