E-Commerce Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce, or related fields.Proven work experience (typically 2+ years) in an eCommerce role or a related digital marketing/online retail position.Experience with eCommerce platformsFamiliarity with product listing and optimizing for various online marketplaces (Tiktok, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).Experience in managing SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising campaigns.Strong command of eCommerce tools and platforms for order management, product uploads, and inventory tracking.Expertise in developing, managing, and optimizing eCommerce strategies and campaigns to drive traffic and sales.Knowledge of online consumer behavior and conversion rate optimization techniques.Ability to create product descriptions, marketing copy, and promotional materials.Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and technical teams.Good time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Understanding of customer service and online support processes, including managing customer feedback and queries on digital platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creative problem-solving abilities.Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and quickly learn new tools.
