E-Commerce Quality Assurance Associate

- Conducts product quality testing and provides results within the internal committee before cascading to the client.
- Ensures that the different processes and tools that go into creating and delivering products are performing efficiently.
- Conducting cycle site audit schedule, documenting the data provided with test results based on product details, Key Visuals, crumbs, landing pages and images for any deficiencies.
- Addressing discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to Accounts team for resolution with customers
- Verifies entered data by reviewing output versus requirements that should be reflected in the system. Provides QA results for immediate correction before implementing.
- Conducts process review versus implemented policies projects for company improvements.
- Create and Implement new policies to guide in the process of the whole Department of Aeroworx team.
- Records and keeps all data analysis including score sheets for reference and comparison.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
- Business/Management Skills: Customer orientation, managing work, attention to details, initiating action, quality orientation
- Technical/Professional Knowledge & Skills: Technology Savvy
